Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 01-01-2025
Vehicle Rental Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.
No-shows (failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice) are non-refundable.
Early Returns
If you return a vehicle before the agreed drop-off time, refunds are not guaranteed. Partial refunds may be considered for multi-day rentals depending on the circumstances.
Security Deposits
All security deposits are refunded within 5–7 business days after vehicle inspection, provided there are no damages, fines, or outstanding balances.
Payment Processing
Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used during booking (e.g., credit/debit card via PayU).
Please allow up to 7–10 working days for funds to reflect in your account.
Changes to Bookings
Booking dates and times can be modified based on vehicle availability. Any change requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the original pickup time.
